He calls himself a "Slave to Allah." The United States calls him The 20th hijacker. He is Zacarias Moussaoui, the only man being charged with terrorism in connection to the September 11 attacks.
On that day, while the World Trade Towers and the Pentagon were being hit, Moussaoui was sitting in a Minnesota jail cell looking at immigration charges. Now, he faces the death penalty. His trial is expected to begin in the fall, but at a hearing last week, Moussaoui called for the destruction of The United States, ranted his lawyers, ridiculed the judge, and asked for permission to represent himself, charging there's an all-around conspiracy to convict him.
The Constitution claims liberty and justice for all. Will it be the case for Zacarias Moussaoui?
