A Saudi proposal to end the spiraling conflict between Palestinians and Israelis has raised the prospect that Israel could be recognized by the Arab League states.
They should have gotten him 11 years ago. Everyone agrees that Saddam Hussein could have been ousted from power at the end of the Gulf War.
